Last week I made some cakes for our coffee morning. I made a Victoria sponge cake and brownies. First I needed to make sure I had all the ingredients out and measured them before starting the method. I first made brownies. I needed to follow the method correctly, so I didn’t miss any ingredients. I put all the dry ingredients into the bowl and mixed them together before adding the wet ingredients. Then I made a Victoria sponge cake. I first got all the ingredients ready and measured all the ingredients out, Then I started following the method. After I had all the increments mixed together, I put them into a pan and put them into the oven at the correct temperature. Once I got the cake out of the oven, I let it cool down and I made the filling. I loved making the cakes, and they turned out really well.
