On Tuesday and Thursday I do my work experience in the main school kitchen. This week I made a peach crumble. The peaches felt slimey!  I had to double the mixture on the recipe and put the right weights on the scales to weigh the ingredients.  In the picture you can see the kitchen mixer, the bowl is very heavy! I spooned the crumble mix on to the peaches and then put it in the oven to bake.
