This week at the Student Centre we have been looking at Mental health week. In Mental health week we had a look at what mental health is and we looked at a story called 'My many coloured days' by Dr Seuss. Then we talked about how we are felling and stuck notes on a bottle then shook the bottle and opened it.The fizzy water went everywhere this represents our mind if we don't look after it.
